About Studio CTS
Studio CTS is based out of the home of Chris Turnbaugh in Saint Charles, MO. It is a musician-run studio meant specifically to help St. Louis and its scene with affordable, flexible recording.

About the Owner
Chris Turnbaugh was born and raised in Saint Peters, MO. After several stints in piano lessons and even a year of clarinet, he received his first bass guitar. After that fateful Christmas day back in 1995, he quickly fell in love and decided that music would be a part of his life forever. Throughout high school and college, Chris played with many of the greatest rock and jazz musicians in St. Louis. He is also a part of the creative, up-and-coming rock quintet, Groupthink. Chris has now graduated Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville with his bachelor’s degree in music in which he took recording and three years of piano classes among other things. Through all this and also teaching guitar and bass for over five years, Chris has become very well-rounded and knowledgable. He has been recording and building up his studio for several years now.
