I was lucky enough to be involved in On Fillmore’s latest release, Extended Vacation. It turned out to be as great an experience to listen to as it was to make. You can find write-ups in Pitchfork, The New York Times, The RiverFront Times, etc.

Studio CTS, First Year in Review

Well, this first year has been fun. The studio has seen the release of several big projects, such as Electric Voodoo’s debut LP and Love and a Sidearm’s debut EP, as well as demos by Black & Haze and others.

Currently, I’m wrapping up a demo with Paperstreet Retreat, getting into 2nd gear on Music Embryo’s project, and getting preproduction duties together on several other demos. Electric Voodoo’s Debut LP

Electric Voodoo’s debut full-length release has been finished on my end for a while. Their CD release show is at the Pagaent on Saturday, August 25th! I know you all will like it and I’ll be pumped to have my first credit as an engineer (tracking, mixing, and mastering)! Make sure you check back often for info on some projects that are coming up in the near future!!

Demo Being Finished

I’ve been working with my good friend Matt Kidd on his rock project with Elliot. We’re just about to release the first song and will be releasing more as they write. The purpose of the demo is to get the songs recorded so that they (Matt – guitar; Elliot – guitar/vocals) can find a bassist and drummer for the band so I played bass on this track and Jerry Mazzuca played drums. Everything for this song came together really nicely, so hopefully we can get a clip of it up really soon! Make sure to let your friends know so they can get this band together!!
