Well, Primary Colors’ latest album is now done and about to head out to be duplicated! Check out the title track, “Catastrophe”, which they let me put up early!

May Has Weird Holidays Deal

I was going to think of a clever deal for May, but the month has so many crazy holidays on top of Mother’s Day and Memorial Day. I figured I’d just make it easy. The first person or band to sign up for studio time for July* will get one free hour for every ten used! This really adds up for those recording a full CD!

*Signing up for studio time requires a deposit.

It looks like there’s another project leaving the studio! Bruiser Queen’s new album Swears (tracked, mixed, and mastered at Studio CTS) will be heading out the doors to get duplicated and packaged! I’m so glad I could be a part of this and it’s thanks to the band that it was quick, painless, and sounds great! Make sure to keep tabs on them to find out when and how you can get your hands on it.

It looks like I’ll finish mixing Bruiser Queen‘s album, Swears, today! It’s been a great project and I’m looking forward to mastering it and getting it out there for everyone to get their hands on! Make sure to keep informed through their sites and check it out when it hits!

Add another six DVD demos (Downtime, Slam!, The X, Fantasy, Richmond Heights High School Rock Band, and Clockwork), all for Downtime Productions! Some are already available to watch on their websites, but a couple will be available soon. In the meantime, I have started another project with Bruiser Queen that is going to see tracking wrapped up this weekend. We’re also planning on getting a lot of work done on MusicEmbryo over the next couple weeks as I prepare to start another project by the end of the month!

Bruiser Queen

Bruiser Queen came in today and we blew through all 10 songs. All the drums and guitars are tracked and we’re going to start vocals later this week! It already sounds good so make sure you keep a look out for this record!

I’m finishing up work on Downtime Productions‘ DVD demos (Downtime, The X, Fantasy, Slam!, Richmond Heights HS Rock Band, and Clockwork) and MusicEmbryo’s debut album while waiting to unpause Primary Colors. Bruiser Queen and Ashley Haynes are coming in soon to start their albums for early February and then Furzluft is finishing up in the second half of February. I’ve gotten a couple serious inquiries for late February so book your time before the month’s all taken!
